Process Audit & Upgrade

PCL-INDIA will be launching a process audit and upgrade service shortly. This service will be designed to review existing processes along with providing support to implement  process upgrades. The audit will provide a report on the current levels of productivity in a perticular department or across the manufacturing facility. This information will then be compaired to global standards in the industry, thus providing clear data, assisting the board or owners in making investment decisions.

Our services will be specialized for the Sanitary Fittings industry and will cover the full spectrum of the production process, including vendor analysis.
